As a small family business and as parents ourselves, safety is our top priority. Here at East End Explorer Camp we keep our supervision ratio small with at least 1 counselor to each group of 6 campers. We are fully licensed, insured and trained in CPR and first aid. We also have lifeguards on duty.
All boats have USCG Certificate of Inspection and are operated by licensed USCG Captains.
Campers age 5-13 will have the opportunity to go kayaking, crabbing, clamming, use different types of fishing nets, explore the marshes, learn about aquaculture and coastal ecology, work on species identification, practice boat safety and play on the sandbars.
Campers will be provided snacks, Explorer Camp sun shirts and Explorer hats.
Our Program is an exciting way for your camper to spend a week doing a variety of fun and educational outdoor activities on the water.
